I enjoy working with a wide array of clients to attain their desired level of health and fitness. I’ve worked with all ages, goals, health conditions and restrictions.
I’ve been a fitness trainer for over 20 years. I’ve powerlifted, trained for sport specific events as well as rebuilding my health from serious health events. Weight training is the cornerstone of my approach. I also incorporate nutrition counseling, and facilitating stretching for healthy muscle function
