about meI came to fitness a little later in life. In my mid-30s while working late nights as a bartender, I was still struggling with self-doubt and unhealthy patterns. I knew I needed to make a change. With the support of a wonderful therapist, I began focusing on my mental health and slowly built consistency in the gym. By 2021, I had established a regular weightlifting routine, training four days a week. The more strength I built in the gym, the more I felt it carrying over into every part of my life—my confidence, my mindset, and my ability to handle challenges.
That shift was life-changing. It inspired me to take things further and earn my CPT certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine in January 2024. Now, my greatest motivation is to help other women experience that same transformation—discovering their strength, inside and out, and realizing how powerful they can be.
I am currently working towards a Menopause Coaching Specialist Certification through GGS Academy. I exclusively train women and femme identifying individuals with a goal to help them age strong.
